In March 2013, SZZFIT obtained a capital injection of 10 million US dollars from foreign enterprises, and began to speed up its development in environmental protection, energy saving, and intelligent machinery.
After two years’ sustained effort, in 2015, SZZFIT successfully developed an automatic loading and unloading machine for semi-automatic exposure machine of PCB inner layer, serving more than 60 large PCB enterprises.
In 2016, working together with a Japanese company, SZZFIT successfully developed a PCB hole wall copper plating defect detection machine, filling the technical gap in this field in China.
In 2017, SZZFIT successfully developed a super large table top exposure machine with an imaging accuracy of 10um, which exclusively dominated the imaging field of commercial display screens of 86 inches and more than 100 inches.
In 2018, SZZFIT successfully developed a fully automatic grinding machine for metallographic micro sections, and fully realized unmanned grinding for PCB mechanical drilling, laser drilling and blind and buried Vias. The product has also been well applied to optical fiber grinding and chip silicon crystal grinding.
